Economic Intelligence & Security
Keeping people, information and your interests safe.
A physical threat, an information leak, a partner you know too little about or a public decision prepared without you can do as much damage as a press campaign, and often faster. We assess the risk, organise proportionate protection, represent your position to public decision-makers and inform your decisions.
Ongoing situation? Write to us and say so: your enquiry will be read as a priority.
- Who it is for
- Executives and their families, public figures, companies and federations, delegations, clubs, event organisers.
- When to call on us
- Before a trip, an event, a sensitive operation or a merger, to anticipate; as soon as a threat emerges or draft legislation concerns you.
- What you receive
- A written threat assessment, proportionate arrangements, institutional monitoring, decision-support notes.
What we do
Four areas of work.
People
The executive, the public figure, and those around them.
- Security audit
- Home, offices, routines, online presence: identifying weaknesses before they are exploited.
- Threat assessment
- Who may seek to cause harm, how, and how likely it is: a written analysis, reviewed whenever the situation changes.
- Close protection
- Provided by security companies holding the required authorisations, under our coordination, with arrangements tailored with you.
- Security of your close circle
- Home, family, routines: reducing exposure without disrupting daily life.
Places and travel
Wherever your presence is noticed.
- Travel security
- In Switzerland and abroad: reconnaissance, routes, accommodation, local contacts.
- Event security
- Private or public events: reception, access, management of guests and the press.
- Mobility
- Chauffeur-driven vehicles provided by partners we know and vouch for.
Information and decisions
What is known, and what you need to know before committing.
- Information protection
- Phones, messaging services, sensitive documents: simple rules and awareness training for your teams.
- Monitoring and economic intelligence
- Understanding a market, a competitor or an environment before entering it.
- Due diligence
- The true background of a partner, an investor or a future executive, established from open sources.
- Decision-support notes
- One page, facts, options and a recommendation, so that you can decide on an informed basis.
Public affairs
Making your position heard where the decisions that concern you are being prepared.
- Institutional and regulatory monitoring
- Draft texts, parliamentary work, consultation procedures: what concerns you, flagged early and explained.
- Decision-maker mapping
- Who decides, who advises, who is consulted, and on what timetable.
- Positions and supporting arguments
- Position papers, consultation responses, proposals drafted and substantiated.
- Dialogue with public authorities
- Preparation of meetings and hearings: the messages, the people you will meet, the follow-up required.
Legal framework
Action conducted within the rules.
The physical protection of individuals is entrusted exclusively to security companies holding the authorisations required in the canton or country where they operate. We coordinate their work.
Our information research relies on open sources and lawful methods. We decline any assignment that would require departing from them.
Our public affairs activities comply with the transparency rules applicable to representatives, in Switzerland as in the other countries where we operate.
Typical situations
What this practice handles.
Examples of situations, not cases we have handled: we never name our clients.
- An executive receives threats after a restructuring is announced.
- A delegation must travel to a country where the risk is high.
- Confidential information ends up with a competitor.
- Before a merger, you want to know a partner’s true background.
- A private reception brings together high-profile guests and must remain discreet.
- A draft regulation calls your business model into question, and the consultation procedure closes in three weeks.
One team
When the threat becomes a public matter.
First conversation
Let us talk while there is still time.
A confidentiality agreement is signed at the outset of our work together, and the first conversation commits you to nothing. A partner will reply within the working day, by the means you specify.
